Abstract

This study focuses on the thurnological (technological) analysis of industries, emphasizing the interdependence of economic, technical, and technological aspects in planning. It begins by outlining the material basis for planning and principles of technical progress, followed by preparatory analyses at both branch and firm levels, including central coordination. The second chapter details the elaboration of the technical plan, offering general instructions and defining its structure. Key components include research and development, standardization, and the introduction of technical progress. The study highlights the importance of integrated planning to ensure effective and sustainable industrial development.

تركّز هذه الدراسة على التحليل التكنولوجي للصناعات، مع تسليط الضوء على الترابط بين الجوانب الاقتصادية والتقنية والتكنولوجية في التخطيط الصناعي. تبدأ بتوضيح الأساس المادي للتخطيط، وتناقش مبادئ التقدم التقني وأهمية التحليلات التمهيدية على مستوى الفروع والمؤسسات، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق المركزي للأنشطة التحليلية. ثم تنتقل إلى شرح كيفية إعداد الخطة الفنية، موضحة التعليمات العامة، وهيكل الخطة الفنية، وأهم عناصرها: البحث والتطوير، التقييس، وتطبيق التقدم التقني. تؤكد الدراسة على ضرورة التخطيط المتكامل لضمان تطور الصناعة بشكل فعّال ومستدام.
