Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors behind Egypt’s economic growth by focusing on agricultural production, historically the country’s main economic activity. The author employs an econometric approach to construct a model linking total agricultural output to the key inputs: land, labor, and capital. The goal is to estimate the net effect and individual contribution of each input, as well as their combined impact on production. Such a model is essential for economic planning, offering precise quantitative indicators. The study represents a foundational step toward building a comprehensive economic model for Egypt.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العوامل التي ساهمت في نمو الاقتصاد المصري من خلال دراسة الإنتاج الزراعي، والذي يُعد النشاط الاقتصادي الرئيسي في مصر خلال الفترة المدروسة. يستخدم الباحث المنهج الاقتصادي القياسي (الإيكونومتري) لبناء نموذج يربط بين حجم الإنتاج الزراعي وعوامل الإنتاج المستخدمة مثل الأرض، العمل، ورأس المال. تسعى الدراسة إلى تقدير مساهمة كل من هذه العوامل على حدة، بالإضافة إلى تأثيرها المشترك على الإنتاج الكلي. وتكمن أهمية هذا النموذج في أنه يساعد في التخطيط الاقتصادي من خلال إعطاء مؤشرات كمية دقيقة. كما توفر هذه التحليلات الأساس الأولي لبناء نموذج اقتصادي شامل للاقتصاد المصري.
