Abstract

تقدم هذه الدراسة تعربفات للتدريب والتعليم والمعارف والمهارات والمهن ، ثم تعرض الدراسة الى انظمة وطرق التدريب والعوامل المؤثرة فيه وخطوات وضع البرنامج التدريبى ومستلزمات تنفيذه.

This study offers definitions of training, education, knowledge, skills and occupations. It ,then, presents the training systems, methods, factors affecting it, steps to develop the training program and requirements for its implementation.
