Abstract

تقدم هذه الدراسة تعريفا واضحا حول ""أ الادارة "" وانواعها ، بالاضافة الى تقديم شرح تفصيلى حول وظائف الادارة ومراحلها ومستوياتها. يمكن تعريف الادارة بأنها عملية توجيه وقيادة للجهود البشرية في أي منظمة لتحقيق هدف معين وينطبق ذلم سواء كانت هذه المنظمة شركة تجارية أو جمعية خيرية أو هيئة حكومية فلكل من هذه المنظمات هدف محدد ولا يمكن أن نترك الحرية لكل فرد من أعضاء المنظمة للعمل على تحقيق هدفها بالطريقة التي تروق له وإلا كانت النتيجة نوعا من التضارب والفوضى كما أنه من ناحية أخرى فإن استعداد ومؤهلات هؤلاء الأعضاء متفاوتة ومتباينة البعض منهم متردد والبعض ضيق الإدراك

This study provides a clear definition of "administration" and its types, as well as a detailed explanation of the its functions, stages and levels. Management can be defined as a method of directing and leading human efforts in any organization to achieve a specific goal. This applies whether it is a commercial organization, a charitable association, or a guidance body. Each of these organizations has a specific goal, and we cannot leave freedom to each individual member of the organization to work to achieve its goal for the reason that he likes it. Otherwise, the end will not end with conflict and chaos. On the other hand, the talents and qualifications of the members are different and different to each other, with different perceptions.
