Abstract

يتزايد الإهتمام بادارة الأزمات فى المنظمات الحكومية نظرا لما للأزمات من أثار بعيدة المدى ، يتعدى أثارها الأجيال الحالية لتمتد الى الأجيال القادمة التى لم ترى النور بعد . وأصبح الأنسان قادرا على أن يسبب كوارث تفوق فى جسامتها الكوارث الطبيعية . لقد غير مفهوم التنمية المستدامة التفكير فى النظرية أو المنهج الاقتصادى بحيث أصبح الآن التوجه للتنمية الاقتصادية التى تعتمد على الكيف . فلابد أن نضع فى الخطط أزمات وكوارث مفاجئة تؤثر سلبا على مسار التنمية وعلى البيئة الطبيعية والسكان فى نفس الوقت.

Crisis management is becoming increasingly important in government organizations due to the far-reaching effects of crises, which extend beyond current generations to future generations that have yet to see the light of day. Man has become capable of causing disasters that are more serious than natural disasters. The concept of sustainable development has changed. Thinking about the economic theory or approach so that the trend has now become towards economic development that depends on quality. We must put in the plans sudden crises and disasters that negatively affect the development path and the natural environment and population at the same time.
