Abstract

** تستهدف هذه الدراسة توضيح دور الإنفاق العام في الاستقرار الاقتصادي بمصر، حيث تم تحديد مفهوم الاستقرار الاقتصادي في الدول النامية، الذي يختلف عن الدول المتقدمة. بينما تركز الدول المتقدمة على التشغيل الكامل وتجنب التضخم، تسعى الدول النامية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة واستقرار الأسعار والنقد. تتضمن الدراسة أربعة فصول رئيسية لتحليل دور الإنفاق العام في الاستقرار الاقتصادي خلال الفترة من 1970 إلى 1979، مع الإشارة إلى الأحداث الهامة التي شهدتها مصر في تلك الفترة.

This study aims to clarify the role of public spending in economic stability in Egypt, defining the concept of economic stability in developing countries, which differs from that in advanced economies. While advanced countries focus on full employment and avoiding inflation, developing countries aim for sustainable development and stability in prices and currency. The study includes four main chapters to analyze the role of public spending in economic stability during the period from 1970 to 1979, highlighting significant events in Egypt's contemporary history during that time.
