والمقدم هنا عبارة عن وثيقة مرجعية تتضمن اقتراحا بمنهجية محدده لاستطلاع مستقبل مصـفي مواجهة القرن التالى بالاضافة الى تجميع للقضايا العامة المطروحه والتي بدت في أغلـــــــــــب المناقشات والدراسات التي تمت حول مستقبل مصر على المدى الطويل . والمقصود من تجميعهذه القضايا العامه هو طرحها مرة أخرى للنقاش بهدف الوصول الى رأى متوسط ) أو ع محدود من الآراء المتباينة ( في هذه القضايا ، كما أنه يعطى أهميه خاصة لقراءه هــــــــــده الوثيقه وفتح باب الحوار حولها ، لضمان أن تكون الآراء شامله قدر الأمكان•-

Presented here is a reference document that includes a proposal for a specific methodology for exploring the future of Egypt facing the next century, in addition to a compilation of general issues raised in most discussions and studies conducted on Egypt's long-term future. The purpose of compiling these general issues is to re-introduce them for discussion in order to reach an average view (or a limited range of divergent opinions) on these issues. It also gives special importance to reading this document and opening a dialogue about it, to ensure that the opinions are as comprehensive as possible.
