Abstract

أخذ الاقتصاد المصري النظام الحر لمنح القطاع الخاص دورا رئيسيا فى جهود التنمية الاقتصادية وفى اطار نظام آليات السوق الحره ، إن التوجه نحو نظام التخطيط التأشيرى بما يتضمنه من سياسات حكومية بغرض تشجيع وتوجيه النشاط الاقتصادى للقطاع الخاص من أفراد وشركات ليس هو بالضمان الوحيد لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من هذه السياسات لما يوجد من تباين أو تعارض ما بين أولويات وأمكانيات شركات التنمية عن تلك التى توضع على أساسها مثل هذه السياسات.

The Egyptian economy has adopted the free system to grant the private sector a major role in economic development efforts and within the framework of the free market mechanisms system. The trend towards the indicative planning system, including government policies for the purpose of encouraging and directing the economic activity of the private sector, including individuals and companies, is not the only guarantee for achieving the desired goals of these policies, due to the discrepancy or conflict between the priorities and capabilities of development companies and those on the basis of which such policies are established.
