Abstract

تتناول الدراسة تصور المجتمع الأهلي المصري وفلسفته ودوافعه في مجالات التنمية، مع التركيز على دوره السياسي والتاريخي خلال العشرينات من القرن الماضي. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مقسمة إلى ثلاثة فصول رئيسية، حيث يتناول الفصل الأول نشأة المجتمع المدني ودوره التنموي وتأثير العولمة. أما الفصل الثاني، فيستعرض العمل الأهلي وأنظمته في التنمية الاجتماعية، مع التركيز على معوقاته وإسهاماته في مجالي الصحة والتعليم. يُختتم الفصل الثالث بمناقشة التحول الديمقراطي في مصر، وعلاقة الجمعيات الأهلية بالوعي السياسي قبل وبعد ثورة 25 يناير 2011. تقدم الدراسة رؤية تحليلية حول المجتمع المدني ومستقبل التنمية في مصر.

The study explores the concept of the Egyptian civil society, its philosophy, and motivations in development areas, emphasizing its political and historical role during the 1920s. It employs a descriptive analytical approach, divided into three main chapters. The first chapter addresses the emergence of civil society, its developmental role, and the impact of globalization. The second chapter examines civil work and its systems in social development, focusing on its obstacles and contributions in health and education. The third chapter concludes with a discussion on democratic transformation in Egypt, highlighting the relationship between NGOs and political awareness before and after the January 25, 2011 revolution. The study offers an analytical perspective on civil society and the future of development in Egypt.
