محددات الطاقة الإدخارية فى مصر : دراسة نظرية وتطبيقية / Determinants of energy saving in Egypt: a theoretical and applied study

Abstract

ثمة أهمية كبيرة لدراسة الإدخار فى مصر ، وبخاصة فى الظروف الراهنة فقد تعرض الاقتصاد المصرى منذ أوائل الثمانينات لإنخفاض معدلات النمو نتيجة إنخفاض الموارد اللازمة لتمويل الأستثمارات المطلوبة ، وجد خطورة الإعتماد على إنتظار تدفق الأموال الأجنبية لتمويل الإستثمارات فى مصر . انما يجب السعى الى تنمية المدخرات المحلية وتعبئتها من أجل الإنطلاق الى معدلات أعلى للتنمية إعتمادا على القدرات المحلية بالدرجة الأولى . وتحاول الدراسة أن تخطو خطوة فى طريق التحليل الكمى للسلوك الإدخارى فى مصر .

There is great importance to study savings in Egypt, especially in the current circumstances. The Egyptian economy has been exposed since the early eighties to a decline in growth rates as a result of the decline in resources needed to finance the required investments. It is dangerous to rely on waiting for the influx of foreign funds to finance investments in Egypt. Rather, it is necessary to seek to develop and mobilize local savings in order to move towards higher rates of development, relying primarily on local capabilities. The study attempts to take a step towards quantitative analysis of savings behavior in Egypt.
