Abstract

تلعب المنظمات الأهلية ( غير الحكومية ) دورا هاما ملحوظا فى عمليات التنمية الإجتماعية والاقتصادية فى كثير من الدول النامية ، خاصة بعد تعثر بعض خطط التنمية التى تعثرت بها الحكومات . مما أضطرها للبحث عن منهج يكون أكثر إلتزاما وأكثر مرونة وكفاءة فى العمل التنموى وقد ساهمت المنظمات الغير حكومية فى مشروعات التنمية الإجتماعية لذا كان لابد من دراسة المشكلات والقيود التى تفوق نشاطها وقيامها بالدور المنوط بها .

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have played a significant and noticeable role in the social and economic development processes in many developing countries, especially after the failure of some development plans that governments have stumbled upon. This has forced them to search for a more committed, flexible and efficient approach to development work. Non-governmental organizations have contributed to social development projects, so it was necessary to study the problems and restrictions that exceed their activity and their performance of the role assigned to them.
