Abstract

إتجهت مصر منذ الربع الأخير من القرن العشرين الى تطبيق سياسات الإصلاح الإقتصادى والإجتماعى بغرض تحقيق التنمية الإجتماعية والتنمية البشرية بصورة متوازنة وترتب على ذلك تعاظم وتنامى لدور القطاع الغير حكومى فى مجالات التنمية المختلفة، وظهر ذلك فى جميع المجالات مثل مجال الصحة فان وجود مظلة للتأمين الصحى أصبح بمثل أهم الآليات التى يمكن أن تركز عليها المؤسسات الصحية لتحقيق أمالها التنموية فى النهوض بقطاع الخدمات الصحية

Since the last quarter of the twentieth century, Egypt has been moving towards implementing economic and social reform policies with the aim of achieving balanced social and human development. This has resulted in the growth and expansion of the role of the non-governmental sector in various development fields. This has appeared in all fields, such as the health sector. The existence of a health insurance umbrella has become one of the most important mechanisms that health institutions can focus on to achieve their developmental hopes in advancing the health services sector.
