Features of the national economy during the period 1982/1993 - 1996/1997 as the basis for growth, by returning to adopting the planning method for development to meet the existing problems and adopting structural policies that aim to modify the economic path in the midst of the development process seeking its central goal of raising the standard of living for the Egyptian citizen.
