يهدف هذا النوع من الدراسات الى استخدام الاساليب العلمية لدراسة المشكلات ذات الطبيعة الخاصة.حيث تتميز تلك الدلراسات بعدة خصائص منها: : تحديد اهدافها بدقة بالاضافة الى التنظيم المحكم لتلك الدراسات..وتتلخص خطوات دراسات "" بحوث العمليات "" فى التالى: - تحديد المشكلة موضوع البحث. -جمع البيانات اللازمة وتصنيفها. - بناء نموذج رياضى لحل المشكلة. - حل النموذج الرياضى . - تنفيذ الحل.

This type of studies aims to use scientific methods to study problems of a particular nature. These studies are characterized by several characteristics: precisely defining their objectives in addition to the tight organization of these studies. The steps of the "Operations Researches" studies are summarized in the following:: - Identifying the problem in question. - Collecting and classifying the necessary data. - Building up a mathematical model to solve the problem. - Solving the mathematical model. - Implementation of the solution
