Abstract

يتناول البحث تشكيلات اللجنة الأساسية وهيئة المكتب والسكرتارية الفنية، حيث يقدم مقدمة عامة عن موضوع البحث ومنهجية العمل المتبعة في الدورة الثالثة. يتضمن البحث نموذج التحليل وأهدافه، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة نتائج الدراسة. يتم تحليل خمسة بدائل، حيث يتم استعراض خصائص كل بديل، وتحديد الأسس التي يتم على أساسها المفاضلة بين هذه البدائل. كما يتم دراسة العلاقة بين الأجور والاستهلاك والبدائل الخمسة. يختتم البحث بملاحق تشمل جداول توضيحية.
