Scope of Application of Quantitative Analysis in Oil Industry/نطاق تطبيق التحليل الكمي في صناعة النفط

Abstract

يغطي نطاق تطبيق التحليل الكمي في صناعة النفط جميع مراحل الصناعة، بدءًا من الاستكشاف وحتى تسويق المنتجات المكررة. وقد ساهم ذلك في تقليل التناقضات بين المستويات الإدارية المختلفة من جهة، وتعزيز الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الوطنية من جهة أخرى. تعد صناعة النفط واسعة ومتعددة الجوانب، حيث شهدت هذه التقنية استخدامًا عالميًا. في المجر، تم اتخاذ قرارات عقلانية في تخطيط قطاع البتروكيماويات بناءً على التحليل الكمي الفعلي. وفي فرنسا، تم تطوير تطبيقات بحوث العمليات والتحليل العددي لجدولة إنتاج النفط والغاز. أما في الاتحاد السوفيتي، فقد تم استخدام التحليل الكمي لاختيار التكنولوجيا وتحديد تشكيلة الإنتاج في المصافي. في مصر، نفذ معهد التخطيط القومي تطبيقات عديدة مثل التنبؤ قصير الأجل بالمبيعات لصناعة البتروكيماويات، وتطبيق البرمجة الخطية لتخطيط الإنتاج والتصدير والاستيراد لقطاع النفط، وترشيد استخدام الغاز الطبيعي.

The scope of quantitative analysis in the oil industry encompasses all phases, from exploration to the marketing of refined products. This has helped minimize contradictions between different managerial levels and promoted the rational utilization of national resources. The oil industry is vast and multifaceted, with this technique witnessing global applications. In Hungary, rational decisions for petrochemical sector planning were based on quantitative analysis. In France, operations research and numerical analysis were developed for scheduling oil and gas production. In the USSR, quantitative analysis was employed to select technology and determine production assortments in refineries. In Egypt, the Institute of National Planning has implemented various applications, including short-term sales forecasting for the petrochemical industry, applying linear programming for planning production, exporting, and importing in the oil sector, and rationalizing natural gas utilization.
