العمالة والتعطل بين المتعلمين من حملة الشهادات العليا والثانوية وما فى مستواهما / / Employment and unemployment among educated people with higher education degrees, secondary education degrees and equivalent

Abstract

نظأجرت هيئة العمل الدولية دراسة عن مشكلات العمالة والبطالة بين حملة الشهادات الثانوية والعليا في الفلبين والهند والجمهورية العربية المتحدة، استجابة لطلبات الوفود في اجتماعات مكتب العمل الدولي. ركزت الدراسة على التفاوت بين العرض والطلب في الوظائف غير اليدوية، وتزاحم الشباب على الوظائف الحكومية، مع نقص في المهارات العلمية والفنية المطلوبة. اعتمدت الدراسة على جمع البيانات من خلال "دراسة حالات" باستخدام نموذج استفتاء مرن يلائم نظم التعليم المختلفة. نفذ معهد التخطيط القومي بالقاهرة الدراسة في الجمهورية العربية المتحدة بمساهمة من هيئة العمل الدولية في تقديم الخطة العامة وتغطية جزء من النفقات.

The International Labour Organization conducted a study on employment and unemployment issues among secondary and higher education graduates in the Philippines, India, and the United Arab Republic, responding to requests from delegations at ILO meetings. The study focused on imbalances between job supply and demand in non-manual professions, crowding in government jobs, and a shortage of essential scientific and technical skills. Data was collected through "case studies" using a flexible survey model adaptable to various education systems. The National Planning Institute in Cairo implemented the study in the United Arab Republic, with ILO providing the general research plan and partial funding
