Abstract

During the twenty-five years which have elapsed since World War II, radical changes have taken place in the territorial distribution of productive forces. The extremely rapid growth of productive forces and the revolutionary transformation of the conditions of production have played a decisive part in the formation of the new territorial proportions. More than 60 % of the total fixed assets and nearly 80 % of the fixed assets of material production was brought about after the liberation. Due to the fact that the fixed assets of material production have increased two and a half times, the national income has increased threefold, with only 20% increase of employment.

خلال السنوات الخمس والعشرين التي انقضت منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية، حدثت تغيرات جذرية في التوزيع الإقليمي للقوى المنتجة. وقد أدى النمو السريع للغاية للقوى المنتجة والتحول الثوري لظروف الإنتاج دورا حاسما في تشكيل الأبعاد الإقليمية الجديدة. تم تحقيق أكثر من 60٪ من إجمالي الأصول الثابتة وما يقرب من 80٪ من الأصول الثابتة لإنتاج المواد بعد التحرير. وبسبب زيادة الأصول الثابتة لإنتاج المواد مرتين ونصف، زاد الدخل القومي ثلاثة أضعاف، مع زيادة بنسبة 20 في المائة فقط في العمالة.
