التخطيط المالي في الاقتصاد الاشتركى المخطط/Financial Planning in a Planned Socialist Economy.

Abstract

يختلف اسلوب التخطيط فى الدول الاشتراكية تبعا لهيكلها الاقتصادي عنه فى الدول الاخرى ، كما يتميز الهيكل الاقتصادى فى الدول الاشتراكيــــــــــة بانه اقتصاد مخطط له سمات مميزه ويتبع اسلوب التخطيط الشامل . فالدولة في الاقتصاد المخطط من خلال التخطيط الشامل تتولى بنفسها علاج المشكلة الاقتصادية التقليدية الناشئة عن ندرة الموارد بالنسبة لتعدد الحاجات وهى التي تتولى تحديد مقاديـــــــــــر العرض والطلب والاسعار سواء بالنسبة للسلع الانتاجية او السلع الاستهلاكية بدلا من ترك ذلك للقوى التلقائية التي تعمل في السوق التنافسية كما هو الحـــــــــــال في الدول الراسمالية .

The planning method in socialist countries differs according to its economic structure from that of other countries, and the economic structure in socialist countries is characterized as a planned economy with distinctive features and follows the comprehensive planning method. The state in the planned economy, through comprehensive planning, deals with the traditional economic issue arising from the scarcity of resources in relation to the multiplicity of needs, and it is the one who determines quantities of supply and demand and prices, whether for productive goods or consumer goods, instead of leaving this to the spontaneous forces that operate in the competitive market as it is in capitalist countries.
