The queuing theory refers to the sequential arrival of requests to be served. If the rate of service delivery is lower than the rate of arrival of requests, some of these requests must wait to be served, forming a queue in front of the service devices. The aim of the theory is to study public services practically and direct them to the benefit of the group that requires this service.
