Abstract

تتناول الدراسة كيفية انشاء مجلس المعونة الاقتصادية المتبادلة CMEA فى عام 1949 كتجربة جديدة للتعاون الاقتصادي الإقليمي بين الدول الأعضاء، بهدف تحسين التخصص وتقسيم العمل الدولي. وتقدم الدراسة إطارًا علميًا للتعاون الاقتصادي الإقليمي، مع التركيز على إيجاد حلول مبتكرة لمشاكل التخصص والتكامل بين الدول الأعضاء.
