Abstract

يتوقف نجاح خطة التنمية الى حد كبير على توفير القوى العاملة على أن تكون ذات خصائص معينة وذات تدريب كافى فالقوى العاملة المدرسة جزء هام من خطة التنمية الاقتصادية وتعتبر القوى العاملة احد الموارد الاقتصادية سواء كانت هذه القوى ادارية أو علمية أو هندسية أو فنية أو غيرها ان تساهم في خلق وتنمية وادارة وتشغيل القوى الانتاجية من أربى وآلات وغيرها وتحاول البلاد النامية أن تلحق بركب التقدم بالسيطرة على الخطوات الضرورية للتنمية ودفعها الى الامام والبحث عن الوسائل والغايات لتحقيق تلك التنمية والعمل على تحويل زراعتها من النظام العتيق الى النظام الحديث اقتصاديا واجتماعيا لتحقق في يلمع بنيات مجموعة من التغيرات الاساسية التي اخذت قرونا من البلاد المتقدمة لتحقيقها

The success of a development plan largely depends on providing a workforce with specific characteristics and adequate training. The trained workforce is a crucial part of the economic development plan and is considered an economic resource, whether administrative, scientific, engineering, or technical, contributing to the creation, development, management, and operation of productive forces such as machinery. Developing countries strive to catch up with progress by controlling the necessary steps for development and pushing it forward, seeking means and goals to achieve that development. These countries also aim to transform their agriculture from a traditional system to a modern one, both economically and socially, to realize fundamental changes that took centuries in developed nations.
