Abstract

Network models and methods are primarily used for flow and time planning of complex processes. Decision-making relies on sequencing problems, as these processes involve the simultaneous or successive flow of partial processes. It is essential to examine the optimal temporal arrangements of interdependent processes. The goal is to determine the total process duration and finishing dates while exploring possibilities to shorten the duration through better coordination of partial processes. Additionally, it is necessary to establish whether the quantities are deterministic or stochastic, which necessitates the use of different methods in network techniques. When deterministic quantities are present, a deterministic model and C.P.M. method or similar approaches can be utilized.

تُستخدم نماذج واساليب الشبكات بشكل رئيسي لتخطيط التدفق والزمن في العمليات المعقدة. يعتمد اتخاذ القرارات على مشاكل التسلسل، حيث تتعلق هذه العمليات بالتدفق المتزامن أو المتتابع للعمليات الجزئية. يتطلب الأمر دراسة الترتيبات الزمنية المثلى للعمليات المتداخلة التي تعتمد على بعضها البعض. الهدف هو تحديد مدة العملية الكلية وتواريخ الانتهاء، مع إمكانية تقليل المدة من خلال تحسين التنسيق بين العمليات الجزئية. يجب أيضًا تحديد ما إذا كانت الكميات محددة أو عشوائية، مما يستدعي استخدام طرق مختلفة في تقنيات الشبكات. في حالة وجود كميات محددة، يمكن استخدام نموذج محدد وطريقة C.P.M أو طرق مشابهة.
