الغرض من المؤسسات الاقتصادية العامة في ج.م.ع/The Purpose of Public Economic Institutions in A.R.E.

Abstract

كان نتيجة لسياسة التوجيه الاقتصادي التي اتبعتها حكومات كثير من الدول وتدخلها فى مختلف الميادين الاقتصادية من أجل التنمية ورفع مستوى المعيشة أن أصبحت تتولى ادارة كل أو بـعض أوجه النشاط الاقتصادي بنفسها عن طريق الاجهزة التى تنشئها لهذا الغرض . وبذلك لم تقتصر دور الحكومة على مزاولة نشاطها في مجال الخدمات ، بل اصبحت تمارس نشاطها في مختلف الميادي الاقتصادية مثل الصناعة والتجارة بالرغم من النقد الذى يوجه من البعض بحجة أن القطاع العام ا قــل كفاءة عند ممارسته للنشاط الصناعى والتجاري الذي يتطلب مرونة وتحررا من اللوائح والاجراءات الحكومية .

As a result of the policy of economic orientation followed by the governments of many countries and their intervention in various economic fields in order to develop and raise the standard of living, they have become responsible for managing all or some aspects of economic activity themselves through the agencies they establish for this purpose. Thus, the role of the government was not limited to practicing its activity in the field of services, but it became active in various economic fields such as industry and trade, despite the criticism of some on the grounds that the public sector is less efficient when practicing industrial and commercial activity, which requires flexibility and freedom from government regulations and procedures.
