| dc.description.abstract | يهدف مشروع حصر القوى العاملة في جامعة الإسكندرية إلى تحسين كفاءة وإنتاجية الأفراد من خلال جمع بيانات دقيقة عن المؤهلات العلمية والتخصصات. تم التعاون مع مركز بحوث العمليات لوضع إطار منظم لدراسة الموارد البشرية، حيث سيساعد هذا الحصر الشامل في توضيح الكفايات العلمية والفنية والإدارية. يُعتبر هذا المشروع خطوة مهمة في تعزيز العنصر البشري في ظل التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. تم تصميم استمارات لجمع البيانات من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين، وتتم مراجعة هذه البيانات بدقة لضمان صحتها. كما يهدف البرنامج إلى توفير معلومات تفيد في التخطيط والتنظيم داخل الجامعة، مما يساعد على توزيع الموارد البشرية بشكل أمثل. | |

Collaboration with the Operations Research Center has established an organized framework for studying human resources, which will clarify scientific, technical, and administrative competencies. This project is a significant step in strengthening the human element amidst social and economic changes. Questionnaires have been designed to gather data from faculty members and staff, with careful review to ensure accuracy. The program intends to provide information that benefits planning and organization within the university, facilitating optimal distribution of human resources. | |
