| dc.description.abstract | يتناول البحث "محاضرات في تخطيط التعليم" عدة فصول تتعلق بمفاهيم التربية والتخطيط التربوي. يبدأ الفصل الأول بتعريف التربية ومفاهيمها، حيث يتم التمييز بين المفهوم الفردي والمفهوم الاجتماعي، وكذلك بين الخدمة (الاستهلاك) والإنتاج (رأس المال). في الفصل الثاني، يتم تعريف التخطيط التربوي وأهميته، بالإضافة إلى العلاقة بين التخطيط التربوي وتخطيط القوى العاملة. الفصل الثالث يستعرض مداخل التخطيط التربوي، مثل مدخل الحاجات إلى القوى العاملة والحاجات الثقافية. الفصل الرابع يتناول متطلبات وضع الخطط التعليمية، بما في ذلك تحليل الهيكل التعليمي القائم. يركز الفصل الخامس على مجالات التخطيط التربوي، مثل التخطيط لهيكل التعليم والمناهج.الفصل السادس يتحدث عن أهمية الإحصاءات التعليمية في التخطيط التربوي، بينما الفصل السابع يستعرض اقتصاديات التربية وعلاقتها بالموارد البشرية. يتناول البحث أيضًا كيفية قياس العائد من التعليم وتأثيره على الدخل القومي. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research "Lectures on Education Planning" covers several chapters related to educational concepts and planning. The first chapter defines education and its concepts, distinguishing between individual and social concepts, as well as between service (consumption) and production (capital). The second chapter defines educational planning and its significance, along with the relationship between educational planning and workforce planning. The third chapter discusses approaches to educational planning, such as the needs-based approach to workforce and cultural needs. The fourth chapter addresses the requirements for developing educational plans, including analyzing the existing educational structure. The fifth chapter focuses on areas of educational planning, such as planning for the educational structure and curricula. The sixth chapter discusses the importance of educational statistics in educational planning, while the seventh chapter examines the economics of education and its relationship to human resources. The research also explores how to measure the return on education and its impact on national income. | |
