This research aims to establish a functional structure for healthcare workers, with two main objectives: Identifying the core professions in the sector and distributing them across the functional hierarchy. Determining the current educational requirements to meet the needs of the healthcare services sector. The research also includes: Surveying the workers at the Ministry of Health and distributing them across the functional hierarchy. Studying the current workforce within each category and establishing target ratios. Determining the labor demand in the Ministry of Health and the healthcare sector as a whole.
