Research on Large Mathematical Systems for Economic Planning of the United Arabic Republic/بحث حول الأنظمة الرياضية الكبيرة للتخطيط الاقتصادي في الجمهورية العربية المتحدة

Abstract

The development of an efficient economic planning system for the United Arab Republic and the Arab League requires focus on three key themes: 1. A large short-run model of foreign trade and production. 2. A large short-run model of international cooperation. 3. A large dynamic model for the five-year plan, including foreign trade and international cooperation. The greatest interest lies in the third model, which encompasses cooperation among states and investment planning. However, there is an urgent need to enhance the training of economic planners across various ministries in mathematical planning techniques. Therefore, it would be beneficial to start practical experiments on the first model, for which a theoretical framework has already been developed at the Operations Research Center of the Institute of National Planning.

تتطلب تطوير نظام تخطيط اقتصادي فعال للولايات المتحدة العربية وجامعة الدول العربية التركيز على ثلاثة مواضيع رئيسية: -1 نموذج كبير قصير الأجل للتجارة الخارجية والإنتاج. -2 نموذج كبير قصير الأجل للتعاون الدولي. -3 نموذج ديناميكي كبير لخطة خمس سنوات تشمل التجارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي. يتمتع النموذج الثالث بأهمية خاصة، حيث يتضمن التعاون بين الدول والتخطيط الاستثماري. ومع ذلك، يجب تعزيز تدريب المخططين الاقتصاديين في مختلف الوزارات على تقنيات التخطيط الرياضي بشكل عاجل. لذا، يُعتبر من المفيد البدء بتجارب عملية على النموذج الأول، الذي تم إعداد إطار نظري له بالفعل في مركز بحوث العمليات بمعهد التخطيط القومى.
