The main problems of balancing labor resources for future periods revolve around optimizing the workforce for continuous social production and cultural development. The aim is to ensure effective utilization of the working population, which is crucial for long-term national economic planning. A comprehensive program for economic development allows for significant qualitative changes in labor distribution, enhancing productivity and serving as a catalyst for economic growth. Through careful planning, the state can address the manpower needs of various sectors, including industry, construction, and agriculture. This involves preparing a sufficient number of qualified workers and specialists, ensuring their balanced distribution across regions and sectors. Ultimately, equitable allocation of work time among different production branches is essential for the planned development of the economy and culture.
