Gypto - Pharma دور نقل التكنولوجيا فى تعزيز تنافسية الصناعات الدوائية - دراسة حالة مدينة الدواء المصرية

Abstract

تدور الدراسة حول تقييم دور نقل التكنولوجيا في تعزيز تنافسية الصناعات الدوائية؛ بالتركيز على النقل الدولي للتكنولوجيا والإشارة إلى مدينة الدواء المصرية Gypto Pharma"". واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي بتتبع المحاور التي تخدم الوصول إلى هدف الدراسة والمنهج الوصفي لوصف تلك المحاور؛ وأهمها الوضع التكنولوجي التي وثبت إليه صناعة الدواء عالميا، إضافًة إلى الأوضاع الاقتصادية المتعلقة بصناعة الدواء عالميًا ومحليًا، وتعرضت لبعض محاولات النقل الدولي لتكنولوجيا الدواء عالميًا ثم إلى أفريقيا ثم إلى مصر. ثم تعرضت لمدينة الدواء المصرية Gypto Pharma كتجربة واعدة تستهدف تحقيق رؤية الدولة المصرية لنقل وتوطين تكنولوجيا الدواء بمصر. كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي لاسيما لتحليل الوضع التنافسي لصناعة الدواء المصرية باستخدام نموذج الماسة لمايكل بورتر ثم عرضت الدراسة بعض التجارب الناجحة من حيث تنافسية صناعة الدواء وهما تجربتا الأردن والهند. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات، والتي كان أبرزها ضرورة العمل على تعزيز آلية النقل الدولي للتكنولوجيا نظرًا للدور المهم الذي تلعبه كطريق مختصر لتعزيز تنافسية صناعة الدواء. وأيضًا ضرورة إدماج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في أنشطة البحث والتطوير الدوائي بشكل معمق في جميع مراحل سلسلة القيمة الخاصة بصناعة الدواء، بالإضافة إلى الجاهزية لاستيعاب الاتجاهات الحديثة في المجال الطبي لاسيما ما يتداخل مع صناعة الدواء.

This study revolves around evaluating the role of Technology Transfer in enhancing the competitiveness of pharmaceutical industries with focusing on the international transfer of technology, and taking The Egyptian Medicine City Gypto Pharma as a case study. The study depended upon Inductive approach by tracking themes that serve to reach the study purpose. And the descriptive approach to describe those themes; among which is the technological situation to which the industry has jumped internationally, the economic situations related to pharma industry worldwide & locally. The study then exposed some experiments of international transfer of pharma technology worldwide, in Africa & to Egypt. The study then demonstrated The Egyptian Medicine City "Gypto Pharma" as a promising trial targeting achieving the state vision to transfer & localize pharma technology in Egypt. Also, the study relied on analytical approach specially to analyze the competitive situation of Egyptian pharma industry using The Porter Diamond model, Then the study viewed some countries’ successful experiments concerning enhancing the competitiveness of their pharma industry like Jordan & India. The study introduced some recommendations among which the most important was to enhance International technology transfer mechanism due to its critical role as a shortcut to enhance the pharma industry competitiveness. Also, the urgency of fusing AI technologies deeply with pharma Research and Development activities through all stages of value chain of Pharma Industry, Besides Preparedness to absorb the New Trends in Medical field specially those interact with the Pharma Industry.
