Abstract

رغم أن التنمية الاقتصادية لم توضع كهدف محدد وواضح لكثير من دول العالم إلا بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، إلا أن الزمن الحالى يشهد استحالة رضا سكان الدول المختلفة بأحوالهم المعيشية، كما يشهد أيضا رغبتهم الأساسية فى تحسين أوضاعهم ومستويات معيشتهم. وهكذا أن قورة التطلعات تلك تثير من القضايا الأساسية فى مفهوم التنمية الاقتصادية كما انه تتسبب فى اثارة كثير من المشاكل الاجتماعية والسياسية التى لا تستطيع أى حكومة من حكومات الدول المختلفة تجاهلها.

Although economic development was not established as a specific and clear goal for many countries of the world until after the Second World War, the current time witnesses the impossibility of the population of different countries being satisfied with their living conditions, as well as their basic desire to improve their conditions and living standards. Thus, these strong aspirations raise one of the fundamental issues in the concept of economic development and cause many social and political issues that no government can ignore.
