رؤية إستراتيجية لصناعة البرمجيات فى مصر

Abstract

تعتبر صناعة البرمجيات واحدة من أهم صناعات الحاضر والمستقبل والتى على اساسها تبنى الرؤى والخطط الاستراتيجية كما ان التقنيات الحديثة وسوق البرمجيات تتطور بسرعة مذهلة. وتظهر اهمية صناعة البرمجيات في ايجاد مصادر اكثر للدخل القومي بجانب عائدات السياحة والبترول وغيرها، ولما كانت صناعة البرمجيات تعتمد اساسا على الكوادر المدربة في هذا المجال فان مصر تستطيع أن تكون من بين الدول الرائدة في صناعة البرمجيات إذا ما أمكن إعداد هذه الكوادر البشرية من حيث التعليم والتدريب في مؤسسات ذات مستوى عال ولها خبرات متميزة في هذا المجال لتكوين قاعدة عريضة لصناعة البرمجيات في مصر.

Software industry is one of the present and future industries on the basis of which the strategic visions and plans are established. Modern technologies and software market develops at enormous speed. Importance of software industry appears in finding more sources of national income beside the returns of petroleum, tourism and other sources. Whereas software industry primarily depends on trained staff in this field, Egypt can be one of the leading countries in software industries if it is possible to prepare those staff in terms of learning and training in high standard institutions with outstanding experiences in this field to create broad base of software industry in Egypt.
