تقييم فاعلية أذون الخزانة فى تمويل عجز الموازنة العامة للدولة في ضوء سلامة المالية العامة للاقتصاد المصري

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة تقييما لفاعلية أذون الخزانة فى تمويل عجز الموازنة العامة للدولة فى ضوء استدامة المالية العامة للاقتصاد المصرى، وتتبع أهميتها من الاهمية الكبرى لقضية العجز بالموازنة العامة والتى يعانى منه الاتصاد المصرى لفترات طويلة وبشكل مزمن.

This study tackles an assessment of the effectiveness of Treasury Bills (T-bills) in financing public budget deficit in the light of the Egyptian economy public Fiscal sustainability. The study takes its importance from the significance of the issue of public budget deficit from which the Egyptian economy chronically ails for long, and which has economic and social impacts on society. Therefore, the study attempts to seek alternatives or complementary tools to finance this deficit with less negative side effects as possible.
