dc.description.abstractThe Public- Private Partnership (PPP) has gained increasing interest from governments all over the world as the socio-economic growth depends on recruiting all the society ’potentialities including capacities, resources, and expertise of both public and private sectors to participate as institutional organizations in establishing and operating projects of various types. When institutional organizations have encountered challenges and difficulties in achieving their developmental goals at the aspired and targeted level, So, governments have endeavored to adopt a partnership system where all sectors of the society participate in directing, managing, and operating projects and businesses as well as developing these projects so as to realize their goals on mutual benefits basis.

Institute of National Planning (INP) was established by Law No. 231 of 1960 as a think-tank public institution with an independent legal personality to enhance the theory and practice of planning in Egypt through: research, training and educational activities. Also, INP aims at providing technical support to Ministry of Planning, as well as to all national ministers and institutions, through spreading a culture of planning in Egyptian society.
