dc.description.abstractتبحث الدراسة في الاختلاف بين فئات المتغيرات الديموجرافية والوظيفية من حيث إدراك العدالة التنظيمية والرضا الوظيفي. - تأثير العدالة التنظيمية بأبعادها المختلفة (عدالة إجراءات – عدالة توزيع – عدالة تعامل – عدالة معلومات) على الرضا الوظيفي. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية تتكون من 250 موظف ممثلة للعاملين بالجهاز التنفيذي لمياه الشرب، والصرف الصحي وهي: مدراء عموم. مدراء إدارات. درجات وظيفية أخرى.en_US
dc.description.abstractDuring the current era we can see that the governmental sector faces variables and circumstances make practicing of organizational justice very difficult to achieve. Some of these circumstances related to destructive organizational policies which based on bureaucracy, work complexities, injustice feelings, threatening of workers and what related to administrative aspects as promotion chances to the administrative positions in addition to what related to financial aspects as incentives, awards, nepotism, and random nomination in the training circles. These circumstances affect negatively on the extent of achieving justice and equality which subsequently impacts on the extent of I employees' perception to the organizational justice which, in turn, impacts on the level of their job satisfaction and productivity in their work and their efficiency.
