الجودة الداخلية فى مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى : بنية مقترحة (دراسة ميدانية على محافظة القاهرة)

Abstract

تتعلق المشكلة الرئيسية للدراسة بالجودة الداخلية فى مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى من حيث الأدوار والمسئوليات والعمليات والاحتياجات الفنية والمادية والبشرية. السؤال الرئيسى للدراسة كيف يمكن استحداث بنية مقترحة لنظم الجودة الداخلية فى مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى؟. ويشتق من هذا التساؤل الرئيسي الاسئلة الفرعية الاتية: ما هو الوضع الراهن لنظم الجودة الداخلية فى مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي فيما يخص : 1- التجهيزات والتشكيل والقررات الوزارية المنظمة؟ 2- التدريب والتأهيل؟ 3- الدعم الفنى المقدم من المستويات الإدارية الأعلى؟ 4- أدوار القامين على الجودة الداخلية؟

The main problem for the study of internal quality in pre-university education institutions in terms of roles and responsibilities and technical operations, material and human needs. The main question of the study how develop a suggested structure for the system of internal quality in pre-university education institutions. In light of related research, results of the study, the research problem can be summarized in the following statement:" Internal Quality in Pre-university Education Institutions Suggested Structure ( A field study on Cairo Governorate) . So the present study seeks to answer the following main question: What is the current situation of internal quality systems in the preuniversity educational institutions regarding the following dimensions: 1. Equipment, hierarchy, and ministerial decrees. 2. Training and qualifications? 3. Technical support introduced by the higher administrative levels. 4.Roles of the internal quality concerned persons of pre-university educational institutions
