Abstract

هذه الدراسة توضح مدي أهمية البحث العلمي وتأثيره على أداء التنمية البشرية ،حيث يمثل الإنسان الركيزة الأساسية للبحث العلمي ويشكل القاعدة الصلبة الملائمة لاتخاذ القرارات الصائبة من تخطيط ، تنفيذ ، مراقبة ، متابعة بهدف تحقيق التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة ، وهذا يتطلب توافر الموارد البشرية المؤهلة والمتخصصة والتي تستطيع القيام بعمليات التخطيط والتنفيذ لبرامج التنمية مما يتطلب جودة التعليم ، التدريب ، تنمية الإبداع ويتم ذلك بتفعيل دور الجامعات ومؤسسات البحث العلمي لتلبية متطلبات التنمية .

This study shows the importance of scientific research and its impact on the performance of human development, as it represents the human basic foundation for scientific research and a solid base appropriate to make the right decisions of the planning, implementation, monitoring, follow-up in order to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development, and this requires the availability of qualified human resources and specialized that can to carry out the planning and implementation of development programs, which requires the quality of education, training, innovation and development is done to activate the role of universities and scientific research institutions to meet the requirements of development.
