Abstract

إن إحدى الركائز الأساسية التى تحكم الأعداد للخطة الخمسية المقبلة 86\87-91\1992 هى مبدأ الاعتماد على الذات، فلقد ساهمت التطورات الخارجية التى شهدتها البلاد فى الفترة الأخيرة فى تعميق الشعور لدى الجميع بأن السبيل السليم لاحداث تنمية اقتصادية مستقلة قادرة بدورها على تعميق الاستقلال الاجتماعى والسياسى، هو الاعتماد على النفس بالدرجة الاولى. One of the basic pillars governing the preparations for the next five-year plan 1986-87-1991-1992 is the principle of self-reliance. The external developments that the country has witnessed in the recent period have contributed to deepening the feeling among everyone that the correct way to achieve independent economic development capable in turn of deepening social and political independence is to rely on oneself in the first place.
