Abstract

Suggestions were made for special development programs to absorb idle labor, especially in rural areas, with additional support like food aid. Participants noted that suitable technology for developing countries has been overshadowed by advancements in developed nations, leading to a lack of available options. Consequently, there is a need to create new technology that is efficient and small-scale to meet the market needs of developing countries.
