Abstract

تتناول الدراسة قانون العمل الموحد رقم 11 لسنة 1951 في مصر، الذي صدر لتوحيد وتحديث القوانين العمالية التي كانت سائدة قبل هذا التاريخ. كان هناك العديد من القوانين العمانية التي لم تعد قادرة على مواكبة التطور الصناعي والاجتماعي في البلاد. جاء القانون الموحد لتقديم تكافؤ في ظروف العمل بين جميع العاملين، سواء في القطاع الصناعي أو غيره، وتحقيق العدالة والمساواة بين المواطنين. كما احتفظ بحقوق العمال التي كفلتها التشريعات السابقة، مع إضافة مزايا جديدة. شملت أيضًا توافقات مع التوصيات الدولية في مجال العمل والاتفاقيات التي أقرها مؤتمر العمل الدولي، مما يساهم في تطوير بيئة العمل بشكل مستدام.

The study addresses the Unified Labor Law No. 11 of 1951 in Egypt, which was enacted to unify and modernize the labor laws that were in place prior to this period. Several outdated Omani laws were unable to keep up with the country's industrial and social progress. The unified law aimed to ensure equal working conditions for all workers, whether in industrial or non-industrial sectors, and to promote justice and equality among citizens. It also preserved the rights granted to workers by previous legislation while introducing new benefits. Additionally, it aligned with international labor recommendations and conventions approved by the International Labor Conference, contributing to the sustainable development of the working environment.
