| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to highlight the close relationship between workforce planning and vocational training. The study then expands on the explanation of the workforce planning bodies as well as the vocational training agencies in the United Arab Republic. The study then tends to showcase the need to develop and organize these bodies, with many examples citing around the world of the situation in relation to the problem of the workforce and professional planning to conclude what might fit our local conditions. | |
