دور المجتمعات المحلية في التنمية القومية/The Role of the Local Communities in the National Development

Abstract

تهدف هذه الرسالة الى القاء الضوء على دور المجتمعات المحلية فى التنمية القومية من خلال تقديم تعريف بماهية المجتمع المحلى والذى يعد جزء صغير من المجتمع الاكبر حجما الا وهو المجتمع القومى وكيفية ترابطهما سويا ،كما تهدف الرسالة الى بحث ظاهرة المساهمة الضئيلة للمجتمع المحلى من الانتاج القومى وكيفية علاجها.ثم تعرض الرسالة للتخطيط المحلى والتخطيط القومى عرضا مترايطا يوضح وحدة الهدف وتشكيل الوعى الكامل مما يحقق فى النهضة القومية الشاملة.

This study aims to shed light on the role of local communities in national development by providing a definition of what a local community is, which is a small part of the larger society, the national society, and how they are interconnected together. The study also aims to examine the phenomenon of the local community's small contribution to national production and how to treat it. The study- then - presents a coherent presentation of local and national planning that demonstrates the unity of purpose and the formation of full awareness, thus achieving the overall national renaissance.
