Abstract

التفاوض إسلوب انسانى و سمة من السمات المميزة للسلوك البشرى فى المجتمع منذ أقدم العصور وحتى الآن . والتفاوض ما هو إلا حوار حول مشروع إتفاق بين طرفين أو أكثر سواء كان معاهدة أو عقد بروتوكولا فهو يصاغ فى شكل قانون وعل الرغم من الصلة الوثيقة بين التفاوض والعلوم السياسية من جانب والتفاوض إسلوب التعامل بين كافة المؤسسات السياسية سواء دولى أو إقليمى أو قومى وعلى الرغم من ذلك فان التفاوض أشمل من جميع صور النشاط السياسى . لأنه يشمل النشاط الاقتصادى والتجارى والاجتماعى .

Negotiation is a human method and a distinctive feature of human behavior in society since ancient times until now. Negotiation is nothing but a dialogue about a draft agreement between two or more parties, whether it is a treaty or a protocol contract, it is formulated in the form of a law. Despite the close relationship between negotiation and political science on the one hand, Negotiation is a method of dealing between all political institutions, whether international, regional or national. Despite this, negotiation is more comprehensive than all forms of political activity, because it includes economic, commercial and social activity.
