حول تقدير الإحتياجات الخاصة لأهم خدمات رعاية المسنين ( بالتركيز على محافظة القاهرة ).

Abstract

تشير الدراسات والبحوث الديموجرافية إلى تزايد ظاهرة إرتفاع معدلات حجم فئة كبار السن بشكل مطرد وسريع ، فى جميع أنحاء العالم، وتتركز تلك الظاهرة بالدول النامية خاصة بالمناطق الريفة ويلاحظ أنه بينما وصلت البلدان المتقدمة إلى مرحلة الثراء قبل زحف الشيخوخة إليها ، فإن البلدان النامية ستصاب بالشيخوخة قبل وصولها إلى مرحلة الثراء لذلك من الضرورى إعادة موائمة سياسات وإستراتيجيات وخطط وبرامج التنمية الشاملة بما يضمن حق تلك الفئة فى الحصول على إحتياجاتها من الخدمات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية بهدف تحقيق تكامل تلك الخدمات مما ينعكس على الحالة الصحية للإنسان بجوانبها الثلاث الجسدية والنفسية والمجتمعية

Demographic researches showed an increasing rate of the proportion of old age group. This phenomenon has spread overall the world, but it was observed that the developed countries became aging communities after they had developed, while developing countries will become aging communities before they have developed.Accordingly, it is very necessary to re-establish the development strategies, policies and plans. The goal of this study is to identify the most important essential services needed by the old age group, through an overview of the demographic, physiological and social aspects. In addition, a situation analysis of the most relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations was conducted. The main recommendation of this study is assuring the importance of the treatment of deficiencies in financial and human resources to meet the old age group needs, in addition to developing rules for governmental and non-governmental organizations within the framework of national strategy, for old age group.
