تقدير الايجار الاقتصادى للأراضي الزراعية لزراعة المحاصيل الزراعية الحقلية على المستوي الاقليمي لجمهورية مصر العربية / Estimating the economic rent of agricultural lands for the cultivation of field crops at the regional level of the Arab Republic of Egypt

Abstract

انطلقت هذه الدراسة من مقوله اساسيه وهى ان القيمة الايجارية للاراضى الزراعية هى محور العلاقة الايجاريه بين مالكها ومستأجرها، وان ماعداها من جوانب هذه العلاقه عوامل ثانوية تدور حول هذا المحور، ولذا فقد تركز الاهتمام فى هذا البحث على تقدير الايجار الاقتصادى للاراضى الزراعية. فعلى مدى الاتفاق أو الاختلاف بين طرفى العلاقة الايجارية حول هذا المحور يتوقف استقرار هذه العلاقة أو توترها. والأمل ان تسهم هذه الدراسة فى التقدم بالحوار الدائر حول العلاقة بين المالك والمستأجر للأراضى الزراعية على طريق حسم هذه القضية البالغة الأهمية.

This study was based on a basic premise that the rental value of agricultural lands is the axis of the rental relationship between its owner and its tenant, and that all other aspects of this relationship are secondary factors revolving around this axis. Therefore, the focus of this research was on estimating the economic rent of agricultural lands. For agriculture. The stability or tension of this relationship depends on the extent of agreement or disagreement between the two parties to the rental relationship on this axis. It is hoped that this study will contribute to advancing the ongoing dialogue on the relationship between the owner and tenant of agricultural lands on the path to resolving this extremely important issue.
