Abstract

يعد موضوع الاستهلاك النهائي من اهم موضوعات الدراسات الاقتصادية لما له من آثار على استخدامات الموارد المتاحة المحلية منها والأجنبية على حد سواء ، ويشكل الاستهلاك الغذائي الجانب الأكبر في الاستهلاك النهائي لأفراد المجتمع ، حيث يستوعب الجانب الاعظم من دخولهم ، ومن ثم يكون لاتجاهاته التأثير الاكبر على استخدامات موارد المجتمع بما فى ذلك الاستخدام الوسيط او الاستثمار او الصادرات

The subject of final consumption is one of the most important subjects of economic studies because of its effects on the uses of available resources, both local and foreign. Food consumption constitutes the largest aspect of the final consumption of members of society, as it absorbs the largest part of their income, and therefore its trends have the greatest impact on the uses of society’s resources, including intermediate use, investment, or exports.
