أصبحت الحاجة المتزايدة من السلع الاستهلاكية بصفة عامة والسلع الغذائية بصفة خاصة، تمثل أهم المشاكل الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية التى تواجة الدول النامية بصفة عامة. فغاية النظام السياسي هى توفير الحياة المناسبة والكريمة لافراد المجتمع وتعتبر مصر من الدول التى تمثل مشكلة الغذاء أحد مشكلات الاقتصاد القومى والنظام السياسي. The increasing need for consumer goods in general and food commodities in particular has become one of the most important economic, political and social problems facing developing countries in general. The goal of the political system is to provide a suitable and decent life for the members of society, and Egypt is one of the countries in which the food problem represents one of the problems of the national economy and the political system.
