تقع هذه الدراسة فى خمسة فصول، الأول يحمل عنوان اتجاهات تطوير التعليم العالى والفصل الثانى فيحمل عنوان واقع التعليم العالى وجاء الفصل الثالث فيحمل عنوان تقويم لتطور القوة الشرائية للتمويل الحكومى لمنظومة الجامعات المصرية أما الفصل الرابع تطور التعليم الجامعى والعالى – دراسة عن المعاهد الخاصة وحتى تأتى الدراسة متكاملة جاء الفصل الخامس والأخير بعنوان مستقبل التعليم العالى وسوق العمل. This study consists of five chapters, the first of which is entitled “Trends in the Development of Higher Education”, the second chapter is entitled “The Reality of Higher Education”, the third chapter is entitled “Evaluation of the Development of the Purchasing Power of Government Financing for the Egyptian University System”, the fourth chapter is entitled “The Development of University and Higher Education - A Study of Private Institutes”, and for the study to be complete, the fifth and final chapter is entitled “The Future of Higher Education and the Labor Market”.
