Abstract

هدف هذا البحث طرح عدد من الأسئلة التى تثيرها القضايا المختلفة حول طبيعة ومضمون إدارة الاقتصاد القومى فى مجموعه، واتجاهات وعناصر التغير في مفاهيم وتجارب نظم التخطيط المتاينة وحدود التخطيط المركزى.

The aim of this research is to raise a number of questions raised by various issues about the nature and content of managing the national economy as a whole, the trends and elements of change in the concepts and experiences of diverse planning systems, and the limits of central planning.
