120-إستراتيجية إستغلال البعد الحيزى فى مصر فى ظل الإصلاح الإقتصادي / A strategy of Using the Spatial Dimension in Egypt in the light of the Economic Reform

Abstract

مضت خمسة وثلاثون عاما قامت مصر خلالها بوضع الخطط ورسم السياسات والإستراتيجيات وتنفيذ المشروعات المختلفة دون كلل أو ملل رغم ما تواجهه من تحديات سياسية واقتصادية وحروب عسكرية . لذا قامت مصر بجهود تنمية رغم وجود مشاكل وصعاب ولكن أدت هذه الجهود لبعض السلبيات وهو بناء كبير من الهجرة المستمرة وغير المنظمة مما أدى الى مشاكل كبيرة لبعض المحافظات . وترجع هذه المشاكل الى اهمال التخطيط الإقليمى . فلابد من الإهتمام بالتخطيط الأقليمى .

Thirty-five years have passed during which Egypt has been developing plans, drawing up policies and strategies, and implementing various projects tirelessly despite the political and economic challenges and military wars it has faced. Therefore, Egypt has made development efforts despite the problems and difficulties, but these efforts have led to some negatives, namely a large amount of continuous and unregulated migration, which has led to major problems for some governorates. These problems are due to the neglect of regional planning. Therefore, attention must be paid to regional planning.
